Health and Safety Services...323-7014 Provides first aid, CPR, water safety, and lifeguard classes and books, first aid kits, and brochures. 5. HIV/AIDS Education Services...323-7011 6. Armed Forces Emergency Services...323-7000 Provides emergency communications, counseling and financial services to military families. 7.
