We're pleased to announce the launch of the Medical Home Portal's newsletter, The Portal Periodical. Quarterly issues will bring you updates on changes and additions to the Medical Home Portal website, alert you to relevant
news & information, and solicit feedback from you to improve the Portal. The Utah Department of Health CSHCN Bureau will
be providing Medical Home-focused articles in each issue. We hope The Portal Periodical will be of value to you, and that you'll let us know how we can improve.
